I gave this 4 out of 5 stars due to lack of specific instruction for setting up the . You MUST access the on a ***desktop PC*** and not on a mobile device at least once in order for the app to work. It will not work unless you do this!

ed and ran just fine with my . Crashes if iPad goes to sleep, kind of a pain if you put your “book” down for a moment. Page scroller at the bottom is choppy, doesn’t go smoothly from one page to next. Nice hypertext features. Needs ability to accept handwritten notes using my Apple Pencil and iPad.

One would think that the many, many previous bad reviews explicitly stated the NAV2 app wasn’t accepting their credentials would be enough to get this issue fixed. Apparently it’s not. Does Navigator even read these reviews? Maybe THEY can’t either. I have NAV1 app installed and am able to to that one but am left with the bad taste of not being able to use the new features in NAV2.

Please fix this problem NOW. We have paid an outrageously high price for the EMT book on the premise that we will be able to access the material across multiple platforms. Not able to on my mobile device. Unless this problem is fixed today, I will be asking for a partial refund because the advertising claims are inaccurate.
