This app is great for beginner stop motion animators. You can take lots of photos for the videos you make and there are other helpful tools to try out like a grid and there’s a feature that allows you to use your phone flashlight as well. I like to use this app for taking the pictures and then edit them more in iMovie to add music and transitions. This app is free and easy to use. You can also look at the gallery on there and see what other creators who use the app have made and take inspiration from that. You can see pay money for extra tool options they have.

This app is really good for taking pictures, especially with the onion skin option. My only complaint would be if your importing images it tends to close out or freeze causing it to be quite a hassle. Other than that a very good app.

I’ve been trying to make stop motions ever since I Started watching them. This is something you definitely want to have this start you are making stop motion videos. This is an important thing for anyone who wants to start making the motion videos!

I like the app itself, but one problem that completely ruins it all for me is it messes up the order of my frames, and many of my stopmotions have been spoiled because of this. Please fix this, and I would make it 5 stars, but this just ruins it all. I have spent 3 hours of time on stopmotions that end up mismatched, and I don’t want to waste more time. Thank you!
